Key Responsibilities:
- Input candidate data using a CRM system.
- Evaluate resumes to determine candidate eligibility.
- Perform follow-up screening with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruiting activities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Ability to review and assess resumes effectively.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Own a laptop for work purposes.
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CDT.
