Responsibilities
- Oversee project management for both Quantitative and Qualitative research initiatives.
- Assist Senior Researchers in preparing comprehensive reports for each research project.
- Conduct fieldwork for Qualitative or Quantitative research as required.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation with field vendors and external agencies.
- Coordinate and manage respondents schedules effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Quantitative research projects.
- Fresh graduated we are welcome
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or other data processing software.
- Exposure to Qualitative research projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and excellent logical reasoning abilities.
Mandatory
- Mandarin (Oral & Written), English is a must.
