We URGENTLY need junior IT SAP Support Consultant
Job Description:
- Interact with user to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
- Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements
- Designing, implementing, and support SAP systems
- Worked as the first point of contact with the user community, service delivery of SAP application support, and operations
- 1st 2nd and 3rd Level Support
- Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers
- Training users on how to use SAP software
- Analysing and troubleshooting problems with SAP systems
- System Monitoring and Improvement
- Providing support to customers
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
- At least 2 years experience as SAP support (S4 Hanan/ ECC6)
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time, be a collaborative team member
- Deep business functional capabilities and expertise
- Developing and using Collaborative Cross Functional relationships across business functions and IT departments to accomplish objectives
- Preferably can join IMMEDIATELY
