JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop websites and web applications, encompassing both back-end (APIs, databases) and front-end (interfaces, web-based tools) solutions.
- Collaborate closely with fellow developers and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Translate project specifications into functional and responsive designs.
- Support and maintain existing client properties, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PHP, particularly with frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel) and JavaScript libraries (experience with Angular is a plus).
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to approach and solve development challenges logically and methodically.
- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and best practices for mitigation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing and implementing user-friendly content management systems.
- Understanding of scalable web application architecture and deployment in High Availability Environments.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular.js, Vue.js, Ionic, React, etc.
- Effective English communication skills.
