Strong skills and passion for modern gastronomy
- Highly organized in all aspects of international standard kitchen management
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met- Monitoring food cost and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
Contributing creative ideas to menu development and special dishes
2 years experience in an upscale restaurant or café
- Capable in modern western cuisine
Relevant associate degree highly advantageous- Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management
Professional Proficient in English
