Job Description

Our client is a luxury private villa in berawa, Canggu. Seeking a culinary team.

As a Junior sous chef you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
  • Responsibilities:
Strong skills and passion for modern gastronomy
  • Highly organized in all aspects of international standard kitchen management
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met
  • Monitoring food cost and minimizing waste to maximize profitability
Contributing creative ideas to menu development and special dishes
  • Qualifications:
2 years experience in an upscale restaurant or café
  • Capable in modern western cuisine
Relevant associate degree highly advantageous
  • Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management
Professional Proficient in English

Pay: Up to Rp800,000,000 per month
