Junior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for AIMS-SDx Maintenance Server and Platform.
• Perform operational tasks for AIMS-SDx, including document uploads (analog to digital).
• Troubleshoot and configure server networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain virtualization environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
• Ensure SQL Server configurations and operations are running smoothly.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to system operations and processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in server networking concepts.
• Expertise in network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Knowledge of SQL Server management and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
