Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to retain Cartrack's customers by ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
You'll play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Additionally, you'll be involved in upselling new fitments and promoting the launch of new products to our existing customer base.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
You'll also engage in farming activities, nurturing our customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts will be a plus.
Fluent in English.
