Position: Key Account Intern
What will you do:
- Collect and analyze data related to account performance, sales trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Support the execution of account plans and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client markets to identify potential opportunities for account growth.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing CRM systems, and maintaining accurate account records.
What will you need:
- Final year student or fresh graduate in communication or related major.
- Previous internship or experience in sales, account management, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to analyze data, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, meticulous in managing data and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
