Propose a sales plan for services/business plan (including sales forecasting proposals, future opportunities related to product services sales, and implementation of promotions/pricing campaigns), to support increased sales
Coordinate with other departments in carrying out client needs assessments (scoping), as a basis for compiling product services proposals
Compile product services proposals based on the results of needs assessments, for consideration in determining the best form of cooperation
Coordinate and carry out sales activities to clients (existing and new) including delivering information/presenting product services proposals, negotiating within the limits of authority, sales administration, and monitoring the handover process for completing project services, to achieve the specified sales target
Coordinate the preparation of schedules and implementation of routine visits to clients, to build relationships, explore information on service needs and seek sales opportunities
Propose the preparation of contract clauses/agreements with clients, to obtain a form of agreement that is beneficial for both parties
Foster, build, and manage good relationships with internal and external parties of the company (partners, vendors and customers) including handling customer complaints quickly and comprehensively, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and the ITSEC Team maintains cooperation.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree in all majors
Minimum 7 years in relevant field as Account Management, specifically IT Security field
