Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Bandung with flexibility for some remote work. As a KOL Consultant at Genius Habit, you will be responsible for managing Client to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, developing influencer marketing strategies, and implementing successful influencer campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build relationships with influencers, track campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize results.

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and talent management
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
