Proposing endorsement options, making lists, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL for the brand
Making script and KOL guidance for project purposes according to sales team needs
Manage internal stakeholders needs and have worked with digital agencies whilst negotiating & closing deals.
Making letter of agreement including base fee, commissioning rate and other terms corresponding to project details
Coordinate with KOL for making User Generated Content by sales-driven videos or posts
Do collaboration & campaign, and coordinate with E-commerce team to meet endorsement and marketing synergy needs and processes, and to manage contents
Maintain relationships and partnership with KOLs and agencies.
Requirements
Has minimum 2-3 years of working experience in KOL coordinating and briefing with Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL in Indonesian market, TikTok platform preferred
Food and snacks enthusiast and have a strong sense of food & beverage content
Deep knowledge about influencer
Having a good understanding of the e-commerce industry
Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable
Willing to join shootings with KOL for project purposes
Aggressive in growing internal and client's brands further
Capable of coordinating teams and executing projects
Have the initiative to try and explore new contents and KOL via different channels
Excellent copywriting skills, negotiating skills, and communication skills.
Language Requirement: Indonesian (must), English (highly preferred), Chinese (plus)
