Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers relevant to our target audience.
Develop and execute innovative KOL marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials for KOL partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOL opportunities.
Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and expectations.
Continuously build and nurture relationships with existing KOLs while actively seeking new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiar with updated trend and social media & ecommerce platform.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the ecommerce or retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to develop impactful KOL campaigns.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Experience working with influencer management platforms is a plus.
Must be able to speak English Fluently
Willing to be placed in the Cikarang Pusat
