- Manage communication and build strong relationships with media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and third-party agencies for collaborative campaigns.
- Research and identify KOLs across various digital platforms to establish a strong brand experience.
- Reach out to and network with KOLs for different product categories on social media.
- Implement engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOLs regarding requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other team members to initiate and execute campaigns.
- Negotiate fees for KOL services accurately, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide accurate time estimates for KOL marketing campaigns.
- Create and deliver comprehensive briefs to KOLs.
- Participate in ideation for marketing campaigns while acquiring and managing KOLs or influencers.
- Select, handle, schedule meetings, and remind each account executive to carry out marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor KOL performance.
- Report and analyze work progress directly to the Head KOL Specialist.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Communication Studies or Marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, fast learning, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of social media marketing, campaign planning, and sensitivity to current trends in the field.
- Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with KOLs.
- Capable of creating creative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites.
