Job Description
Support L1 roles and responsibility for cloud managed services will be rotated to support 24x7 capability
Provide basic troubleshooting and management of cloud services
Develop report based on requirements
Providing cloud support and making recommendation based on needs
Developing and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
Conduct frequent cloud resource scanning to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
Monitor, acknowledge, escalate alarms
Triage in incidents, SOP based analysis
Fulfill requests based on defined procedures
Maintain services SLA
Requirements
At least has 4 years of working experience, with min 1 year in the same role
Have cloud certification is a plus
Have hands-on experience in implementing, migrating, managing and operating system in cloud environment
Ability to do basic troubleshooting
Ability to write technical documentation
Willing to be on standby 24/7 if any disturbance occurs anytime
