Responsible for carrying out laboratory activities in accordance with GLP, including sample examination, sample labeling, extraction preparation, and conducting analysis in the laboratory.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and completeness of equipment in the workplace, as well as operating and maintaining the cleanliness, completeness, and condition of laboratory equipment.
Responsible for ensuring samples to be processed within a certain period of time and ensuring samples processed according to established procedure and comply with the standard.
Responsible for ensuring that the laboratory equipment used is functioning properly, informs the laboratory admin and reports to direct superior for all issues that arise related to these equipment.
Responsible for monitoring the repair, maintenance, and calibration activities of laboratory equipment, as well as follow up on the progress of this process until the activities are completed.
Responsible for creating and updating the SOP, WI, WO, FORM, and others related to the document management system, especially in the scope of Operations, if necessary participate in reviewing documents from other functions that relate to the operations.
Responsible for inspection and rechecking the stock of materials/reagents/consumables periodically.
Responsible for Inputting the use of reagents and consumables during daily activities, reporting to superiors for any problems that occur related to inventory.
Ideally, You Would Have
D3 Analyst of health, or bachelor of Science in Biology or other related major, having a STR certificate is a plus.
Having experience in the laboratory, in the molecular biology techniques and to work with laboratory instrumentation such as extraction and PCR, are a must.
Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office also laboratory system.
