Melakukan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinis seperti rekonsiliasi obat, pemantauan terapi obat, konseling, visite, aktif dalam komite farmasi dan terapi serta komite pengendalian resistensi antimikroba
Qualifications
Pendidikan S2 Farmasi Klinis
Memiliki STRA aktif
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Exek, PowerPoint)
Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik
