Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with building owners to get the best price.
  • Ensure that the necessary documents for lease renewal are processed according to procedures and compliance standards.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for existing stores.
  • Collaborate with other departments and third parties to implement recommendations for existing stores.
  • Provide ideas and initiatives to help improve business effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development in retail, real estate, or property companies.
  • Experience in dealing with landlords for negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
