Heavenly Laundry is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Manager to join our team immediately. If you have a strong background in laundry operations and management, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laundry or dry cleaning operations with comprehensive knowledge of laundry chemicals.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, including handling customer complaints.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of laundry management experience, including daily and monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa, both written and oral.
• Experienced in using both Mac and PC.
• Ability to work overtime and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must have reliable transport to Canggu.
