Job Description:

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to scale user acquisition and revenue

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, partners, and performance networks

- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (conversion rate, CPC, ROI), and optimize campaigns accordingly

- Manage affiliate platforms/tools and ensure accurate commission tracking and payout processes

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling affiliate assets

- Strategically identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (macro, micro, nano) aligned with Olsera&aposs target market

- Lead end-to-end KOL campaigns: from brief creation, outreach, negotiation, content review, to post-campaign analysis

- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to evaluate KOL effectiveness and ROI

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and agencies for sustainable partnerships

- Stay updated with influencer trends and competitor activities to refine KOL strategy

Qualifications :

- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and event coordination abilities

- Proven experience in incentive management and partnership development

- Expertise in event planning and performance analysis

- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills.
