Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Years of experience in brand management, product assortment, or pricing strategy within a retail or consumer goods environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in retail management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI software).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
