Monitor and ensure successful execution of DO & SDO jobs (daily, weekly, monthly) and all operational activities across environments.
Perform L2 checks, issue identification, escalation, and communication with related teams for problem resolution in production.
Provide timely notifications and maintain documentation/tickets including root cause, criticality, and lesson learned for operational issues.
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data operations and compliance with SOPs.
Lead the team during assigned shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability for shift-based operational duties.
Design, develop, and maintain automated reports for daily operations, analytics, and management needs.
Conduct data preparation activities including exploration, cleaning, imputation, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion from diverse sources, ensuring scalability and performance.
Drive internal process improvements by automating workflows, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data delivery pipelines.
Document and maintain test procedures and technical specifications for all systems, processes, and enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from computer science or related fields, or equivalent software engineering experience
Good at SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL). Preferably on MS SQL.
Experience in monitoring, operation, and development of tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Confluence, CDSW, SSIS, SSMS
Understanding service management process related to service operation area such as Release, Inventory, Service Request, Event, Incident and Problem Management.
Knowledge in ETL / data pipeline applications. Preferably Microsoft SSIS
Experience in managing Database such as Ms SQL, MySQL. Knowledge in other databases will be additional value: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, IBM DB2.
Experienced in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Have Experience as a Leader Point Plus.
Have an understanding and experience regarding the reporting dashboard and data warehouse concepts
Have troubleshooting capabilities, understand system logs, analyse error messages and perform minor changes or hotfixes as workarounds.
Have the ability to compile and manage SOP Platform.
