Job Description :

-Develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals

-Identify growth opportunities across various digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)

-Design and implement innovative marketing tactics to engage target audiences and boost online presence

-Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for improved performance across different channels

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to execute strategies effectively

-Proactively identify emerging digital marketing tools and platforms to keep campaigns fresh and innovative

Qualifications :

-Minimum Bachelor&aposs Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields

-Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or managing campaigns

-Expertise in Full-Stack Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Analytics)

-Strong understanding of various digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)

-Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong communication and leadership skills
