Work closely with our clients as an equal partner to arrive at the right tech solutions to solve their problems.
Deliver deliverables (Product Requirement Document / PRD, Minutes of Meeting, Presentation Decks, etc) that are thorough, well-written, and made for the right audience.
Work in a variety of domains as set by business opportunities and needs. Examples: insurance, retails, and logistics.
Mentor and coach a team of product managers to grow their skills and improve productivity & quality of work
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For
At least 8 years of working experience, with around 5 years of successful product management experience in technology powered products. Experience in tech consulting will be a plus.
Proven ability to build credibility and develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
Does not shy away from ambiguities, instead jump head on to assert control and cuts all the confusion to arrive at the right answers.
Always be helpful to others while still maintaining proper boundaries.
Actually care for details in the products that you build, empathizing with: team members, the clients, the end users, and the customers.
