Get to Know the Team
The Fleets team is part of the broaded Fulfillment team at Grab, and our mission is to increase the levels and excellence of driver and vehicle supply on the platform by empowering fleet partners. Through technology, we provide fleet partners with tools to improve the deployment of their drivers and vehicles. We also explore vehicle integrations to deliver a seamless, tech-enabled experience that enhances driver loyalty and engagement with Grab.
By empowering fleet partners with tools and insights, and offering solutions like Car Sharing that help drivers reduce rental costs, we help fleet partners grow their operations while ensuring drivers remain engaged and satisfied with the platform.
Get to Know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager in Grab's Fleets team within the Fulfillment product group, you will improve the development of solutions that increase the supply and excellence of drivers and vehicles on our platform. Your mission is to empower fleet partners and drivers by delivering tools and insights that enhance vehicle use, reduce rental costs, and improve the driver experience through hardware and software integration.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Understand the needs of drivers, fleet partners, and team members to identify main opportunities for improving vehicle and driver supply and excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams across regions to develop and roll out impactful product solutions.
- Lead teams to ensure product projects align with team goals and local market nuances, working with legal, marketing, and business development teams.
- Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions, maximizing vehicle and driver supply and improving driver experience.
- Explore the integration of vehicle hardware and software to provide a seamless, tech-enabled driver experience.
- Own key problem spaces, aligning internal and external teams around your vision and across Grab's markets.
Qualifications
The Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 5 years of product management experience with a track record in software development.
- Expertise in leading teams and launching products that build measurable business and user impact.
- Experience in in the automotive, logistics, or ride-hailing industry.
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, with the and collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics teams.
- Experience using data and insights to inform product development with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Industry experience in ride-hailing, automotive, or related fields.
- Ability to understand market needs across different countries and adapt product solutions to local nuances.
