Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to improve their skills and performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within the logistics, import, or startup e-commerce sectors.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Presentable, energetic, and confident appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
