Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Leadership Consultant based in Jakarta, Indonesia.As a Leadership Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leadership and development programs to clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and customize solutions that enhance leadership capabilities at all organizational levels. This role requires strong analytical skills,a deep understanding of leadership principles, and the ability to contextual and deliver it to the clients.Your role will involve working closely with clients to achieve lasting behavior changes and transformational results, while also making a significant impact on the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize leadership programs, workshops, and materialstailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify gaps and opportunities for program development.
  • Conduct leadership sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring participant engagement and effective outcomes.
  • Analyze program evaluation to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for clients.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and research in leadership development and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on leadership development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership programs and workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Deep understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual delivery.
