- With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

Job Overview
Manage to carry out the cycle time study and carry out process improvement (CIP) together with Lean Manufacturing lead and ensure all the logistic team are able to carry out task according to the lean manufacturing requirements. Able to coordinate activities related to lean manufacturing and do planning in each task & topics.
Plan the optimized lean manufacturing production utilization based on the current customer demand.
Coordinate lean manufacturing lead plan with planner and ensure follow lean manufacturing concept at warehouse.
Responsible for the setup and improvements of the physical processes in the warehouse (receiving, storing, shipping).
Manage the material flow including break bulk and milk run operations, to support all the production lines to run smoothly.
Qualifications
At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in logistics department
A minimum of Professional Certificate or Diploma qualifications in Logistics Management or
Business Administration field
Able to work as a team with good teamwork and high motivation spirit
Microsoft Office skills is a must, but preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge
Possess good communication skills
Reliable and trustworthy person with good working attitude
Possess initiative to learn more knowledge
Able to adapt to new changes & with flexibility approach
