  • Creating development program for outside
  • Create modules soft skill & Technical skill
  • Managing ROI of outside training academy

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from Psychology/Communication/Human Resource/Management
  • Having 3 years experience in Training and Development (Warehouse Preferred)
  • Having experience managing budget
  • Training certification will be a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Marunda
