As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs and activities and for ensuing that the Alila culture and spirit is alive and well within the hotel / resort. You will work with departmental trainers on the development and implementation of on-the-job training to ensure that all team members are fully trained in their roles and able to deliver the high level of service that Alila is known for.
