Our client is a renowned tourist destination in Bali, known for its diverse collection of birds and family-friendly activities. With a strong emphasis on conservation, the park engages in various preservation programs for rare bird species.
Job Responsibility:
- Define training needs aligned with company vision and mission, focusing on service-oriented quality.
- Develop standard training programs for various staff levels and interns, ensuring monthly training hour targets are met.
- Establish a performance-linked rewards and penalties program.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational learning needs.
- Create an annual Learning & Development plan based on TNA outcomes, including training creation and performance appraisal systems.
- Supervise Departmental Trainers, provide new employee orientation, create training materials, and monitor training outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Teaching, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of L&D experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to establish departmental training and internal training teams.
- Track record of implementing comprehensive training systems.
- Energetic, creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Passionate about people development; professional certifications advantageous.
- Proficient in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and conducting training sessions.
