Job Description
Training Program Development:
- Design and develop training materials and programs tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and regional to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants.
Assessment And Evaluation
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve programs based on evaluation results and organizational changes.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage and maintain the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
- Assist employees in navigating the LMS and accessing learning resources.
Government Mandatory Trainings And Certification
- Work with HRBP and Compliance team to define mandatory training list classification.
- Search and register mandatory trainings and certifications to selected parties.
- Complete a learning sections in Rencana Bisnis (Business Plan) for each entity as a part of government mandatory reports.
Collaboration And Communication
- Partner with HR and department leaders to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to assess training impact.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies.
