Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Create, update, and customize training materials, courses, and programs that align with organizational objectives and learner needs
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce learning and address specific performance issues

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of proven experience as an L&D Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
