Job Description
- Develop a Training Project Plan for the programs under their responsibility
- Ensure the learning process runs effectively and efficiently through coordination and collaboration with relevant parties (Learning Management, External Partnerships, Trainers, Facility Management, Finance)
- Monitor the costs used for the training programs under their responsibility
- Provide a Training Report to the Learning Management team, including an evaluation of the program (methods, materials, trainers, facilities), pre/post-test results, and costs
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferably with experience in an Emergency Room or ICU setting
- Knowledge in learning, training, or curriculum development is a plus
- Experience as a training facilitator is a plus.
- Min. 3 years experience working as Nurse
- Willing to be placed at Karawaci
