Job Description

  • Analyzing competencies in company both soft and technical competence.
  • Develop Learning Need Analysis for all company division.
  • Creating Program Design and curriculum for internal development program to meet business needs for leadership, general and functional development.
  • Develop framework, capture, develop and manage also facilitate Knowledge Management activities in order to construct learning organization.
  • Develop effective communication of the company's cultural values and initiatives across all departments.
  • Managing budget effectively

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Master Degree any field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as Learning & Culture.
  • Have the experience to manage a team.
  • Have a good knowledge in Learning Management System.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate English skill both oral and written.
  • Homebased: West Jakarta.
