Lecturer (Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer to join our esteemed [Department Name] department. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in your area of specialization, which can be Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for assigned courses within your engineering/IT specialization.- Create effective course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assignments.
Continuously assess student learning through exams, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in their academic development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your engineering/IT field and incorporate them into your teaching.- Participate in departmental curriculum reviews and contribute to program development.
Maintain effective communication with students and address their questions and concerns.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and professional matters.
Participate in faculty meetings and departmental activities.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology (or a closely related field) is required.- A Ph.D. in the relevant field is a strong preference.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university level (experience in industry may be considered).

Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
