Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal documentation, including preparation, filing, and organization of contracts, agreements, and other legal papers.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of legal documentations, specifically for Supplier's Master Business Agreement (MBA).
- Assist in tracking deadlines and maintaining an organized system for legal files and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
- Previous experience in legal admin roles or internships.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with contract management systems or legal software.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology
