As part of our legal team, you will play a critical role in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring we move forward with confidence and integrity.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the company
  • Support the Corporate Secretary in organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, including drafting minutes and resolutions
  • Maintain corporate records, including statutory books, registers, and coordinate filling of necessary documents with relevant authorities
  • Track legal expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance
  • Manage the procurement process for legal and corporate services, including to ensure that the processes are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage/coordinate the process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining corporate licenses and permits required for the company's operations
  • Liaise with (including area offices representatives to liaise with) government authorities and regulatory bodies to resolve any issues related to business licensing and permits

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Any disciplines, but bachelor's degree in law is an advantage
  • Exposure to Corporate Secretarial matters of a listed company and/or compliance role is an advantage
  • Having at least 2-3 years of experience working in law firm, notary office or as in house counsel is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and business licensing
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and legal research tools
  • Willing to be located in Jakarta
