Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law
Having experience in working in manufacturing is highly preferable
Have a comprehended knowledge of legal due diligence, internal audit, corporate legal, and litigation
Interested in document filling and archiving
Good English proficiency in both oral and written
Capable of multi-tasking and able to work with minimum guidance
Job Descriptions:
Manage documents regarding business deals/projects/portfolio
Conduct research and data analysis, general review of legal documents, financial statements, and operation
Create and/or analyze contracts, agreements, or other documents in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and mitigate the risks situation
Managing the implementation and administering the minutes of meetings of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Audit inspection, reviews, and monitor compliance with the Company's obligations
Support internal inquiries about regulatory and policy requirements and compliance procedures
support reviewing and evaluating the company's SOP or policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations
