We are looking for a skilled legal professional to join our team, managing legal risks and providing strategic legal advice to support our business.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial agreements to align with business goals.
- Provide legal advice on disputes and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and represent the company in litigation/arbitration.
- Review contracts (NDAs, labor contracts) to ensure compliance.
- Negotiate with vendors/customers and manage dispute resolutions.
- Ensure timely contract reviews and handle licensing tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Law (Masters preferred), with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 4-5 years of corporate legal experience (similar industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and excellent English communication skills.
- Must hold a PERADI license.
