Primary Job Role :
The Legal Corporate (Managerial Level) is responsible for overseeing the legal corporate functions of the company. They are responsible for ensuring that the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework set by the relevant authorities (OJK & AFPI).
Job Description
- Provide review for legal agreement such as: Operational activities of credit scoring, Collection department, IT services, Banking relationship and other third party/vendor
- Provide review for legal document related to OJK letter
- Provide Advice for legal opinion to the operational activities such us to: HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Customer Experiences, etc
- Review draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents to protect the company interest and minimize legal liabilities
- Monitor, review and advice the governance aspect related to SOP/Internal Policies
- Monitor, review and advice the fulfillment company obligations under Data Protection Law
- As a liaison for the company to the Regulator and Police
- Settle the dispute between third party, consumer and company with respect to the data protection dispute
- Provide review and advice related to corporate action require the notary involvement
- Provide minutes meeting to the BoD and BoC on the monthly meeting
- License extension related to company license/permits/authorization
- Legal document filing/document treasury
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in law
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a Legal Corporate role, preferably with experience in BIG 4 with financing related project
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those governing fintech companies
- Proactive mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
