Provide accurate legal opinions and assess legal risk levels for issues across various divisions.
Conduct research and lead legal projects relevant to Bank Indonesia (BI) requirements, including cooperation requests, new licensing, and intellectual property matters.
Draft, review, and tailor agreements to meet the needs of all divisions.
Conduct Partner Due Diligence (PDD) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Educate and guide all departments on compliance matters and legal obligations.
Act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and maintaining regulatory compliance
Requirements
What You Need To Have
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in related legal field.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop logical solutions.
Communicate proficiently in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective cross-departmental interaction.
Demonstrate a deep understanding in law and legal principles to produce high-quality legal opinions and draft precise, well-structured documents.
Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous learning and updating of legal knowledge.
