Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and support to the organization on various matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in compliance efforts and risk management activities.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; JD preferred for senior positions.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
