Legal Senior Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintaining the legal data room.
- Drafting and reviewing standard template and simple operational documents (including but not limited to partnership agreement, vendor agreement, sales and service agreement, non-disclosure agreement) to ensure that all of the commercial agreements entered by the companies are legally secure and enforceable.
- Collaborate with other legal team members and/or other departments to support the continuous improvement of standard form of agreements and legal processes.
- Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations in relation to operational, regulatory and compliance matters in Indonesia and/or other Countries.
- Providing day-to-day legal support, including but not limited to secretarial and administrative duties within the legal team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable university.
- At least 1-3 years as legal staff or paralegal in well established company or start-up company is preferred.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents such as affidavits, and agreements.
- Attention to detail in ensuring all documents meet legal standards and are error-free.
- Ability to manage large volumes of documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Expertise in managing and organizing legal documents and records.
- Familiarity with e-filing procedures for OJK and BKPM, document tracking.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of legal documents.
- Strong command of English for effective communication in both legal and business contexts.
- Ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents and correspondence.
- Proficient in conducting negotiations, client consultations, and presenting legal arguments with clarity and precision.
