Job Description:
- Assist the lending program operational process (i.e. reporting, validating documents/reports, special administrative requests)
- Liaise with internal teams (i.e. product, credit, finance) and external parties (vendors) to support the lending program
- Provide data backed insights on business operations to improve operations efficiency
- Working under tight time constraints to deliver superior internal process
- Analyze and investigate customer cases and operation issue to derive conclusions
Requirements:
- Experiences 1 year in project management and/ or operations excellence role
- Strong MS Office skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, including Google Sheet
- Comfortable working with large data
- Good in English written/verbal
- High attention to detail
