Job Description

| Customer Services & Claims | Entry Level | Non-Executive | Allianz Indonesia | Full-Time | Permanent

  • Handling claims for LOB Liability such as (doctor liability, D&O and other liability)
  • Maintain the laibility claim process in accordance with the conditions such as policy, SLA and guideline conditions.
  • Handle claims from the beginning of reporting, communication, internal and external follow-up and ensure the claim runs in accordance with the applicable policy conditions.
  • Liability claims relate to the law application required, therefore we need a claim handler who understands the law so well.
