- Handling claims for LOB Liability such as (doctor liability, D&O and other liability)
- Maintain the laibility claim process in accordance with the conditions such as policy, SLA and guideline conditions.
- Handle claims from the beginning of reporting, communication, internal and external follow-up and ensure the claim runs in accordance with the applicable policy conditions.
- Liability claims relate to the law application required, therefore we need a claim handler who understands the law so well.
