POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive our customer acquisition and product adoption/utilization efforts. This new role calls for a data-driven full stack marketer with demonstrated broad knowledge of technical product management, management principles, strategic and operational planning and implementation, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for lifecycle and customer marketing strategies working cross-functionally with a variety of sales, account management, and client success stakeholders, helping us engage both prospects and existing clients throughout the funnel. The right candidate will:

Be a key player in establishing KPIs and institutionalizing best practices across website, email, social, and various digital marketing channels.
Regularly conduct competitor and market research to inform your strategies and ensure a deep understanding of our services/products and their value proposition, as well as strategically position ourselves in the marketplace.
Apply your knowledge of CRO, UX, best practices to optimize our website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to improve performance and ensure user-friendly, cohesive, and personalized customer communication.
Develop a comprehensive customer journey, mapping steps of the prospect and customer experience. You'll segment our database to provide personalized messaging.
Leverage various marketing channels to drive demand and lead gen initiatives to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets.
Identify messages that resonate with target audiences and map them to different customer personas and use cases.
Partner with sales, client success, and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies for both revenue growth and product adoption.
Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive sales enablement resources and product related assets.
Requirements and skills
Lifecycle/customer marketing: You have experience building lifecycle marketing programs, with deep expertise in email marketing program management
B2B industry and working with sales teams: You have worked with sales teams and can use B2B marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and pipeline, with a track record of designing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies on products with sales cycles. You understand different phases of the sales life cycle and how to market to them, with strong empathy and understanding of the customer journey.
Deep experience with marketing automation tools: You have a comprehensive understanding of CRM and email systems, attribution models, and lead scoring. Expertise in HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS, SalesForce is a plus.
Strong understanding of CRO and UX: You understand how to optimize a website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to improve performance and encourage users to take action.
An effective communicator: You are confident in sharing learnings and can interpret and share results in a way that helps move the overall business understanding forward. You have the ability to break down your thinking, solicit feedback, and bring stakeholders along.
