Responsibilities:- Based in Bali, able to join immediately.
Experienced in Bali real estate, villa management as a property listing agent.- Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine accurate listing prices.
Communicate clearly with property owners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure all legal documents for each properties are correct and up to date.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
