Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all facets of the litigation collection process, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Perform comprehensive analysis of outstanding debts to evaluate their suitability for litigation
- Draft legal documents and collaborate with legal counsel to initiate litigation proceedings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to effectively implement collection strategies
- Negotiate settlement agreements with debtors in a manner that optimizes recovery while mitigating legal risks
- Monitor and track the progress of litigation cases, providing outcome reports to management
- Consistently assess the efficacy of litigation strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve improved results
- Ensure accurate documentation of all litigation activities and maintain data integrity within case management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum2 years of experience in legal collections or litigation management
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing debt recovery and litigation procedures
- Proven experience in negotiations and mediating disputes effectively
- Excellent analytical skills to assess case viability and develop strategic recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required
