Responsibilities:-- Host live streams across various social media platforms, such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement creative concepts, content, strategies, and promotions for live shows, including scheduling and marketing.- Engage with viewers during live broadcasts to attract and retain audience interest, drive traffic and interaction, offer professional advice, respond to inquiries, and foster a loyal online community.
Present product features, demonstrations, reviews, and consumer experiences in an engaging and innovative way during live sessions.
- Provide accurate product details, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Encourage viewers to purchase products online and actively promote product adoption.- Stay informed about the latest trends, challenges, and features to enhance content creation.
Represent the brand positively, promoting our products and maintaining a favorable brand image.
- Participate in the filming of company product videos and daily short videos as needed, and share them.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Exceptional communication skills, strong public speaking abilities, and effective product presentation skills are essential.- Presentable with a cheerful and engaging personality; comfortable speaking on camera.
Good discipline, team spirit, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
* Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience as a livestream host is preferred.
