PT Social Commerce Indonesia is currently looking for a Sales and Brand Marketing Strategist to lead the Livestream Operations Team.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement Sales Strategy focusing on brand marketing according to the business plan and market developments.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing activities to achieve sales targets (GMV).
- Develop and steer individual brand(s) agreements
- Negotiate annual/agreements/sales contracts in order to meet the brand(s) Strategy & Business Plan
- Establish, Maintain, Develop professional client relationship with long term view.
- Create strategic thinking & activities to develop their business for the brand(s)
- Continuously review and develop processes & tools to proactively increase brand(s) performance
- Lead a team, supports and oversees cross-functional teams throughout the Live Ops department, ensuring synergies across different functions
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same industry or scope of work.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Relationship Manager/Livestream Operation in e-commerce/digital agency
- Experience in leading a team.
- Preferably candidates with strong connections and networks to main distributors and brands.
- Preferably candidates with a credible reputation and relationships among suppliers and other industry members.
- Strong skills in Ms. Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Target oriented.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Willing to work from the office in Alam Sutera
